Inside the store - Two Grey Hills Indian Arts Two Grey Hills is a family-owned and operated business, which was started in 1976 by Elfriede Jourdan and her son, Gary Mattheis. Elfriede immigrated to the United States from West Germany in 1948 and settled in Jackson Hole, where she immediately developed a strong appreciation for Indian arts. Today her love for fine hand-made Indian art continues in this superior gallery, with three generations of the family now playing roles in its success.

Many one-of-a-kind art pieces can be found at Two Grey Hills, where we specialize in exceptional Navajo weavings; hand-made Navajo, Hopi, and Zuni jewelry; hand-coiled Pueblo pottery; and southwestern Indian baskets. We also offer hand-woven Zapotec Indian rugs, Hopi Kachinas, stone sculptures, Zuni fetishes, Navajo dye charts, and unique pieces of Navajo folk art.

In addition to having an exceptional inventory of Southwest Indian art, Two Grey Hills has a reputation for standing behind the merchandise it offers and for a tradition of friendly, courteous service.
