Absolutely BEAUTIFUL Turquoise Necklace by exceptional artist, Bruce Eckhardt.  Gorgeous rare high-grade Blue Gem Turquoise Necklace with Sugilite spacers/accents.

The rock used in this piece was mined in 1972, and was the last turquoise to come out of this legendary mine.  The material was sitting atop a massive copper deposit, hence the rich blue color of these lovely stones.  The Blue Gem mine is now a massive open pit copper mine just South of Battle Mtn, NV.
